Order processing and handling

Because many of our products involve custom fabrication, please allow 3 to 5 business days for order preparation prior to dispatch. Once your order is complete it will be prepared for delivery immediately.

Delivery Times

We primarily service local areas using our own delivery vehicles. Once your order is ready to despatch from our workshop, local delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

We may outsource external courier and freight companies if needed.

Delivery Notifications

We will contact you via email or phone as soon as your order is ready to schedule a delivery window, ensuring someone is on-site to receive the items.
